Once you have a maturity death / annuity claim after completing all the form there is turn around time of 14 days before Sanlam even respond to your request. The only company in the world. Once you contact them your troubles will start. There date of completion only move on with another week and after that another week and another week until they decide to complete the payout. They do you the biggest favour in the world, once you call the call centre your struggles begin.
