Not Helpful

I recently sent an e-mail to Sanlam Indie asking whether I qualify for any Sanlam Reality benefits since I have had a life cover policy with Sanlam Indie for about 2years now. They were not helpful at all, they told me to contact Sanlam Reality, I did send an e-mail to Sanlam Reality but they are selling me their product! So even now I do not know if I qualify for any benefits or I have to join Sanlam Reality separately. They sent me an e-mail asking if I was satisfied with the service, I said no and provided my reason but they never got back to me, so I still have no idea whether it qualifies me for anything or not.
