Not getting assistance from Sanlam
So frustrated. Cannot access my portal and cannot get my details updated on my retirement annuity. I call I get advised to send an email. I send the email I never get feedback. The Whatsapp platform always on maximum list. So frustrating to be making contributions every month but cannot view the status of my retirement annuity.
