Not clear Ts&Cs

I took the policy with an investment portion aiming to withdraw each and every year as I used to withdraw from my previous policies and I did not get policy document/contract that states the Ts&Cs clearly when I took this *** I filled in withdrawal forms but the head office rejected saying that I 've already withdrawn from my policy therefore l will draw after 5 years but the time I was taking the policy that was explained to me. I last withdrew from the policy 2017.

I have to pay my rates on Wednesday the 10th April 2019 before the council cut of my services on the 11 April 2019. I have already made loans which l have to pay lot of interest and I'm a single parent with 3 kids. The older one is not working, the second is doing her BTech which I have to pay it out off my pocket and the last born is doing a grade 11. Why must I struggle and suffer from stress but I have money. I am a dedicated and a old client of Sanlam Who paid my policies more than R2000 .I will be very pleased if my money can be deposited in my account on Wednesday the 10th April 2019 so that I can pay my rates before they are being disconnected .I will visit Sanlam on Monday the 8th of April 2019.
