Not a Client: Harrassing Communication not Allowing to Opt-Out

I have been getting multiple unsolicited calls and smses daily offering me a loan. The SMSes do not provide an option to opt out of such communication which is against the law. This is tantamount to harrassment at this point. 4 calls and 4 smses every single day.
