NON SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS TO SANLAM :UNCLAIMED FUND SANLAM LIFE UMBRELLA FUND 10 YEARS OLD CLAIM

<p>I have been contacted by the DATA FACTORY for my unclaimed benefits from the SANLAM LIFE UMBRELLA PROVIDENT FUND in March 2017.</p> <p>I confirmed authenticity with Sanlam , who informed me that I had to submitt my documents to Data Factory , and then they would proceed.</p> <p>I submitted all my documents as well as received confirmation of receipt from Data Factory on the 4 April.</p> <p>A man by the name of Nicholas as well as lady by the name of Nasrine, told me , firstly that it was submitted to Sanlam on the 11 April 2017 - only to confirm that it was not.</p> <p>Nasrine then said that it would only be submitted at the end of April as Data Factory do submissions to Sanlam once a month.</p> <p>Today I contacted Data Factory- only to be informed that they were under goin system upgrades and that my documentation could not be found?</p> <p>I have asked to speek with the supervisor a Valene Alvermeyer , and left messages for her to call me so I can have an answer .</p> <p>The benefits due to me are coming from 2007 - so it is about 10 years overdue?</p>
