NON PAYMWNT OF DUPLICATE DEDUCTION WITH NO COMMUNICATION
After putting a death claim for over a month, where 2 debits were done on the account, only one was paid. And we were later told the other debit was a duplicate and they are investigating it. It's been 3 weeks of no response despite endless emails that I send constantly.
