Non payment of death claim

I submitted a death claim on 19 June 2023 I was told that it will pay within 48 hours which was supposed to be Thursday 22 June 2023. My claim has not been paid today its 26 June 2023 ,i made an inquiry with Assupol was told they are working on it it still hasn't paid
