Non pay out of death claim after 7 days
I submitted a death claim on 01/09/2025 but have not received payout up to today.On 03/09/2025 I call claims to do follow up and was told it's with claims department.On 05/09/2025 I enquired at the branch and they did follow up saying the money will be paid out.Today I followed up again and lodged a complaint but still nothing.They supposed to pay out 24/48 hours after a claim is submitted it's been 7 days.
