Non-existing customer services!!!

If I could give 0 stars to Assupol, I would! I have sent emails since the 19th of October requesting my premium/benefit increase not to take effect and they simply do not respond to emails. I have been sent a form to complete and this form doesn't make it clear what section to complete as it's not relevant to my request. I emailed back asking for more information on the 24th October and till today, no response! Now the increase has taken effect and no one is responding to my email still. I want this request backdated to the day that I requested it. Your so-called client services is atrocious!!!
