Non-existent customer service
I have been sending requests for a call back for 3 weeks on end, nobody calls back. I am even worried that by the time I claim, they will not be reachable like now. I am even thinking of taking my business elsewhere.
I have been with them for just over a year. I can start over somewhere else.
