Non-compliance to POPI act
I would like to report your employee miss Giyose who marketed to me without my consent. What ****ed me off is that she was rude when I asked her why is she not greeting and introducing herself.
Worse part she took my details from the database she moved with from previous employment. And she telling me she is not committing ***** so I should stop with the drama. Is this how you guys do business? This company doesn’t comply to POPIA?
I want a formal apology and confirmation that my details have been deleted from your database.
