No Statements Received!

I made a loan from Sanlam Direct Axis a couple of years ago. I then went under debt review, recovered since, all the while making monthly payments. Ever since having this Direct Axis account up until today 30 March 2015 I have NEVER received any statements whatsoever!! After numerous requests via e-mail as well as telephonic discussions, I still do not receive any statements. I told them I am going to stop making payments, which I did, in order to get the statements, now their response was quick to hand me over to attorneys to collect the money!!! Still NO statements received to date!!<br> <br> WHAT am I to do, i PLEAD?!!
