NO Statements and No Service

I have a Personal Loan with Sanlam and have been trying for 4 days now to get hold of them to update my details as well as get a statement on my account. I have not received any statements in the last year and its highly frustrating that i cannot get hold of anyone. I have spend hours on the phone to get hold of their call center but just get that irritating voice talking about tips...I have emailed support, contacted online and even requested call backs but no one has gotten back to me. What has happened to Service Levels in this country. Does no one care that the customer is important and they wouldn't have jobs if weren't for us. All i want to my statements and to update my details. Sanlam is very quick to call you any time of day and up sell their stupid products but when you want something, no one is around. I will stop my debt order on the account and lets see how quickly they call me to get their Fu@King money...Someone better call me before the COB today...Unbelievable...
