No service Sanlam

I retired from employment recently and went on pension, my pension fund was invested by my employer at Sanlam pension fund. I have been struggling for the last 2weeks to get any response from them as they dont return my e-mails, no contact via telephone the consultant never pitched up for a set appointment that was made to meet at their office in Boksburg. I find this extremely unprofessional . I want to move my pension fund asap
