No service, no communication. Appaling!

Been trying for close to a month to contact Sanlam for details. Tried via telephone, email. The telephone cuts off after the automated voice mail and the emails goes unanswered for weeks. I did get a curt email 10 days ago saying they needed more information, which I provided immediately, and since then, radio silence. Please contact me urgently...
