no response with regards to a funeral claim

I have sent three emails to the claims department and one to their compliance, I haven't received any response. <br> The administrator of the estate, has confirmed that she made an application in 2009, was told that this claim will be paid direct to beneficiaries, nothing has been communicated to us till today.
