No response or feedback on claim

I have queried about my late sister's assurance plan with safrican for over 3 weeks and no response from them. She was an employee with FNB for over 13 years. Her plan was paid up when she went on pension. She sadly passed on and now when putting through a claim, the refuse to contact or give feedback after several mails was sent.

You have received premiums and handed a letter, but nothing comes off it.
