No response nor call back
While we understand that they are operating with skeleton staff they do not follow through on their promise of returning calls nor answer emails. I have left a message for a call back and written an email a week or two ago still no response nor an acknowledgement. I have a burial policy with them what if I needed to claim? I need information on my policy and would appreciate their response Regards Sheila
