NO Response from Sanlam during Covid-19 lockdown
No response from Sanlam since the beginning of the month, eventually emailed them on the 11 April 2020 to request assistance with a 3 months payment holiday from my Sanlam personal loan due the President implementing the Covid-19 lock down, did not receive any response from them as well, I then submitted my request for assistance on the client Portal, once again, no response from anyone. Today the premium went off. Clearly Sanlam have no intention in assisting any of their clients and just blatantly ignore their emails. This was not what I expected from such a reputable company as Sanlam, they are only THINKING AHEAD for themselves and not their clients.

26 May 2020, 17:03So after having received a 3 (three) consecutive months, temporary payment relief period from 24 April 2020 I am told that I have been put on the credit bureau for being in errors on my account. I received a new ADDENDUM TO ORIGINAL AGREEMENT (SMALL AND INTERMEDIATE AGREEMENT) NOTICE OF EXTENTION TO REPAYMENT TERMS and now I have to deal with being put on the credit bureau for being in errors, is this what Sanlam does to their clients.
