No response from Sanlam

I have been trying to recover my money in my trust fund for about 3 years to no avail. I’ve repeatedly contacted my trust manager and correspondence from Sanlam. I was. Told there’s a sum of money in my trust fund and have not received any statements or financials since my contact with anyone at Sanlam I need help to get through to anyone. Nobody is responding to my emails or calling me back.
