No response for 3 months

<p>After sending an email to Sanlam I have had no response. The query was passed on but the person keeps sending a response that has nothing to do with my query. After numerous times trying to contact this person she still does not answer her phone. SANLAM, what business are you running. You have taken my money for the last 30 years but you refuse to answer my numerous emails and phone calls. Do not worry Sanlam, I do not want to claim but need to make changes to my policies, so you can contact me. Your shocking service leaves much to desire. </p>
