No response bad service Reality
So Natalie at Reality has promised to give me feedback by end of last week but still up until today no feedback even with all my follow up email's.
This query has been going on for 2 weeks after I have struggled to get to the bottom of my membership for 2 / 3 weeks.
So for a whole month it's been back and forth
