No response !!!!
I have been emailing for a week now trying to get a response. The response I get is that I will be attended to "shortly". Tried phoning as well and the phone keeps on cutting out. I am not sure how long it takes to answer an email ???? Sanlam how does one contact you ???? I have asked a direct number and still.

I have also tried to phoned over 15 times and the phone just cuts out. I have requested a direct number to phone and still no response. How does one get hold of Sanlam ? Thankfully I am still alive but would would happen if this was a claim ? A week and still ZERO action !!!!
