No reply on emails

Can I please be assisted ASAP I've sent an email as I've been asked for authorisation documents I did send them. And I was asked to resend it again of which I did on Monday, until this day no reply nothing as I wanted to find out if are the documents sufficient enough for me to be assisted and find a way forward as this has been long overdue. I'm helping my grandmother as she's a beneficiary on my late father's policy she's very old and can't do any follow-up on her own so she gave me the authority to discuss and handle this on her behalf so I wanted to find out if are the authorisation documents sufficient for me to be assisted.
