No reaction and no reply.

Have been trying just to receive an email that acknowledges the receipt of a Cede document I emailed to their *** address ....nothing after weeks!. They keep sending these emails with a useless reference number promising reaction between 24-48 hours everytime I make an inquiry but nothing...no reaction from them.

I will strongly advise anybody to rather be cautious with regards to dealing with Assupol as they obviously are currently unable to render even a minimum service to their long time policy holders (20 years).

I am totally disappointed in Assupol..thought they were a customer orientated company but it seems to be the opposite now.
