No proper direction from Sanlam about my pay out

Horrible experience I am having with Sanlam for my pension fund pay out. I resigned last year in December 2019 but have not received MY money. If at least they were providing proper feedback when I call I would understand but they are clearly not if one person is going to say the pay out was signed off by all approvals call us in 2 days, but then in 2 days someone else there says we are still waiting internal approvers sign offs. One of the representatives even went on to say the application is with sars but when I called 3-4 days laters, I was told the application never even went to sars...when I asked why it hasnt gone to sars yet, the lady could not tell me why. School registration is closing today and I dont have my money to pay for the fees - What an incovinience.
