No Pension Payouts 3 months after retiring, extremely poor customer service

It's been 3 months since I went on pension and I'm still waiting for pension payout, no email responses, no use calling no answer, called head-office no callback, sent an email to complaints no acknowledgement. This is the worst service I've ever experienced.
