NO FEEDBACK SINCE LAST YEAR, THEY HAVE RECEIVED ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO APPROVE THE CLAIM. TILL NOW NOTHING. WHY DON'T YOU INVESTIGATE BEFORE DEDUCTING THE PREMIUMS FIRST
