<p>My mom pension money was send to Sanlam but Sanlam doesnt want to pay my mom evey time they have a story,Financial adviser was not truthful,I will talk to ombudsman</p> <p> </p>

We have investigated your mother's request for payment of her pension money. We confirm that the request for payment is in progress. We can also confirm that the tax directive was already requested from SARS and if your mother's tax record is in order, we will have the directive by Monday morning. Payment will follow as soon as we receive the tax directive from SARS.
