No pay out in their promised 5 days. My claim hasn't even been assessed
Just talked to 3 consultants and conveniently the line goea bad and we get cut off. The entire time im holding theres no line break. I surrendered my policy on the 2nd n 5 working days later no money. The third consultant said they havent even assessed my claim. Im fuming. Sanlam its been 5 working days but 7 days altogether. A whole week I newd thatmoney
