NO PAID UP LETTER FROM SANLAM

Have been requesting a paid up letter from Sanlam since early May 2020 and the sad part is that they have been referring me to Consumer Friend and who are also referring me back to Sanlam they also send me back to Consumer Friend. The only thing I'm asking for is a simple Paid Up Letter that's all.
