NO INTEGRITY WITH SANLAM

Sanlam is highly unprofessional, lazy and not trustworthy to any degree and have been utterly useless since the beginning, after being with them for years after the passing of a family member, and them being the main executors, they just decided to drop out and not even try get anyone as a replacement and also with no warning time, the family member died on a motorbike, the person who's car the bike hit has only now come back after 3 years and wants to now claim money's at the last minute, this puts my loved one In a very traumatized situation as she can not and does not know how to deal with being summoned, nor does she have the money for lawyers, or the amount to settle the dispute, as the executors, Sanlam is supposed to deal with this problem and not the heirs of the deceased, moreover what kind of people actually let someone be put through this kind of trauma at such a young age, also this is not the first time that I have heard of Sanlam doing this to people, they are more than happy to stick around when they have your money but as soon as there is a problem then they do not want to be involved. Unless this means that someone at the top is finding ways to "take a bit off the top" I find what Sanlam has done absolutely disgusting!! And I will be taking this right to the top, believe me, dropping someone without warning and not helping them with a summons which they have no understanding of shows absolutely no integrity, I will do my best to make sure all this comes crumbling down and that the people dealing with this estate are fired, I will do my best to make sure that everyone understands that Sanlam are a bunch of snakes in the grass and can not and should not be trusted, they do not mind that people are actually suffering more from them not helping, what an absolutely pathetic excuse for a business!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SANLAM!!! TAKE THIS WARNING TO Heart. If you have any concerns for you and your family and you want the best for them, Sanlam should not even be a name on your list. They are terrible people and their customer service is shoddy to say the least.
