No help for 3 weeks from sanlam

Can not get hold of sanlam trust for the past 3 weeks. Multiple calls and emails with no responses. Calls always get dropped or cut off and Also no answer. I am trying to claim from my childs trust fund for school fees and no help whatsoever.
