No help!!

I recently cancelled my one policy by Sanlam, due to unforeseen circumstances. They need to refund the money I have paid to the policy for more than a year. How long does it take for this to be finalized?<br> I have communicated with various customer service personnel. I must still be told when the money will be paid back to me? I received a email to say that my query has now been finalized. What now Sanlam?<br> <br> It has been more than a month since I started the process.<br> <br> SO UNHAPPY WITH SANLAM.<br> Jackie
