No help!
I am a widow, I have a trust with Sanlam. I need urgent assistance. Sending emails is of no use whatsoever because they don't respond. I cannot afford to make phone calls to the call centre at the ridiculous rates we pay in South Africa but since there is a substantial amount invested at Sanlam surely they can afford a call to me! My son starts school next week. When I enquired previously about how to go about getting my childs school stuff I was told to go to Edcon. I went to Edcon and no-one knows what to do to assist me. It seems to me that as long as Sanalm is holding the money my late husband left for my son they really don't care what happens or how I am providing for him when they are actually supposed to be assisting us and not making our lives more difficult and stressful!
