No happy at.all

I had savings with assupol due to financial problems I cancel it,after they refund me they deduct again,since 23july 2022 went to branch in pta to request my refund I was told to wait 14days wich passes, I gave them a call , I was told to wait 10 working days,still no money ,no communication but when they deduct on my salary they got money immediately,it's a month now still waiting for my refund,heartbroken
