No follow up personal loan, all silent
Sanlam big, trusted company only few make it look bad. No follow up on personal loans since sent docs to finalize. Sent emails update my active contact, and my old numbers no longer in use still exist to them. Some consultants are so rude. I only needed update on my loan application as all went quiet.
