no feedback since 2013

Since 2013 I have been struggling to get hold of this company I have phoned them I have emailed them and never got any response to my qeuery its in connection wirth a funeral policy of my father FT van Tonder. Since rentmeester handed everything over to channel life I have had problems with this company. I need reasponse to my problem asap and their is a lot of my money at stake here.
