no feedback ,no service at all

its very sad that after 5 years i have to let it go ,gave them banking details to debit on the 25 th they will go debit on the 27th then they will suspend my debit order ,paid cash and send them an email they said they will respond on the 10 of may they ddnt they postpone until today ,its sad that such a big company you have to complain in this plartform before you can assisted because of u dnt wanna loose out what you have paid already

im waiting for my premiums to be paid back ,you claimed to be paid before the 30th of june i have sent a follow up email i just got automated email ,you requested my banking details way long ago
