NO FEEDBACK for two months

Good day <br> <br> I have three policies with Sanlam on the 2 of February 2016 I faxed the stop order forms to date that was not done.<br> <br> I spoke to Ann from Sanlam I have not received feedback , should anything happen to my family and you did not update my details I am not going to be liable. This is really unacceptable I am not happy at all I am going to be behind by four months now because of your incompetency!!!<br> <br> <br> I sent all three forms on the 2 of February how many times must io send them, I resent them to Ann and she said she is waiting to hear fropm the POLICY SERVICING DEPARTMENT(no feedback to date)<br> <br> Instead you want me to send new forms , for what? When I have sent them. You are the ones that didn't do your jobs by capturing SORT IT OUT<br>
