Good Day

I am so disappointed in Assuspol. I have funeral & life cover with them. I sent them an email the first week of May 2023 and the second week and I get their email confirming that they would attend to my email but I still haven't heard from them.

I then decided to call them because I need additional cover and one of their consultants promised to call me back which never happened.

I need to change some stuff however they're not getting back to me. Don't know what's going to happen when I have an actual emergency :-(
