NO EDUCATIONAL POLICY AFTER 17 YEARS OF PAYMENT?

Took out a Educational Policy in 2000 now it should be maturing, however no one seems to know which department or identify the policy number. Funny that the debit order is duly deducted monthly and increased annualy!

Have a list of numbers that i have contacted but to no avail:Policy Number 694171 Hope to get accurate feedback with my complaint!
