No customer service

I visited the Sanlam branch in East London today after attempting to call them everyday the whole week. I arrived and requested them to update my details and was told no they dont have access. I dont understand why there is a branch or call centre when no one can assist me with something so simple. I sent an email and tried the call back option no help on all platforms. I am so frustrated
