No communication after policy cancelled

<p>I cancelled my policy around 2 weeks ago, after sanlam has given me the run around with sending them documents and proof of address, nothing has been done and ive heard no responce. I thought sanlam was a reputable company who actually cared about its customers. Very dissapointed. Can someone please tell me when the monies will be paid out, 2 weeks is a bit much to wait</p>
