No client service

I have been calling Assupol for two days straight. They don't answer the phone you can't get hold of client services. That only means there are no service from Assupol. I also tried to take new policies from them and asked for a call back. They only called me back 4 months later already took out cover with a company that has client service. Can someone tell me how to get hold of this company so that I can cancel all existing policies as I'm fed up with this lack of service.
