NO Claim Bonus payment overdue
I have a Funeral policy with Assupol Life since 2007 (ASDIR2272). This policy is due for NO CLAIM BONUS . I submitted claim forms on the 31st of July 2023 and until today i have not received the cash back. I contacted them numerous times and even went to their office twice and all i get is empty promises. The last NO CLAIM BONUS i received was on January 2020 . Please your attention is needed on this matter.
