No Care attitude
I have had pension policies with Sanlam, which was made paid up. I became disabled due to a back problem which resulted in a spinal fusion operation. There were complications during the operation, which left me dependent on pshycotic medication to be able to deal with pain, and I am struggling to do basic daily tasks. My husband helps me bath, dress, clean and cook. I have been declared disabled by both my surgeon as well as psychiatrist. I am trying to get the paid up policies paid out to assist my husband with finacaes which is currently very high due to my medication, alterations that need to be made to accomodate me, and medical aid expenses. However, even after submission of all doctors reports, I am still waiting for finalisation on this matter. Is this just a no care attitrude or generalised?
