No call back / follow up

Not impressed with service from above company. Been trying to get someone to come and see myself and spouse for retirement annuity policies. Sent emails and consultants call me to tell me they will forward my details to an advisor and yet no one calls. It's been 2 months now. Either the advisors aren't receiving the messages or they not interested in new business. I'm wanting to use Sanlam as I have funeral policies with you but started googling Old Mutual and Liberty and Momentum and considering cancelling Sanlam entirely.
