Nightmare Claim
I have submitted a dread disease claim on the 27/02/2019. To date i have not yet had feedback. When i inquired about the progress on the 15/05/2019 my financial advisor cannot seem to remember me submitting a claim. I personally dropped off the documents at Sanlam in Empangeni. I am very disappointed with the response i got and no feedback. I have been a member since 2017 and i am shocked with the service form Sanlam. I have a feeling my documents have been misplaced and i have paid alot to request the medical documents they requested.
Please contact the advisor Mr Derrick Mcdonald at the Sanlam Empangeni offices in KZN. I will surely be considering an alternate provider if i don't get immediate response.
